What products do you sell?
We operate two divisions: Hlatswa Products (bleach, dishwashing, multi-purpose, floor, bathroom/toilet cleaners, degreasers, disinfectants, glass & surface) and GRACE Products (normal skin care set, cleansers, moisturisers and body care).
Do you sell retail and wholesale?
Yes. We supply households, spaza shops, supermarkets, cleaning companies and resellers. Bulk pricing is available for case quantities (GRACE) and 5L–25L sizes (Hlatswa).
How do I place an order quickly?
Send us a WhatsApp with your list and quantities, or email a purchase order. We’ll confirm pricing, availability and delivery options.
Delivery & Collection
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide via courier. Delivery fees depend on weight/volume and destination. We’ll quote this with your order confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Major centres: typically 2–4 working days after payment. Outlying areas: 3–6 working days. Bulk/large pallet orders may require extra lead time.
Can I collect?
Yes—collection can be arranged by appointment once payment reflects and stock is ready. We’ll share collection details on confirmation.
Pricing, Payment & Returns
How is pricing determined?
Prices depend on product, size and quantity. We offer discounted rates for bulk orders and repeat resellers.
Which payment methods do you accept?
EFT is preferred. For wholesale/bulk, a deposit may be required before production/dispatch. Proof of payment speeds up processing.
What is your returns policy?
If there’s an issue with your order (wrong items, transit damage, quality concern), notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll assess and arrange a replacement or credit where applicable.
Hlatswa Products (Cleaning)
What sizes are available?
Most lines are available in 750 ml / 1 L (retail) and 5 L / 25 L (bulk). Availability varies by product—ask for current stock.
Are Safety Data Sheets (SDS) available?
Yes, SDS and usage guidance can be provided on request for Hlatswa chemicals.
Any safety tips for cleaning chemicals?
Always follow label directions. Keep away from children, pets and food. Do not mix different chemicals (e.g., bleach with acids or ammonia). Use gloves/ventilation where recommended.
GRACE Products (Skincare)
Which skin types are GRACE products for?
The core set is designed for normal skin. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, patch test first and introduce products one at a time.
What’s a simple GRACE routine?
Morning: Cleanser → Moisturiser → SPF. Evening: Cleanser → (optional) tone → Moisturiser. Keep it consistent for 2–4 weeks and observe results.
Are GRACE products safe in pregnancy?
The range is designed for everyday use. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or have medical concerns, consult your healthcare provider and share ingredient lists if needed.
Wholesale & Resellers
How do I open a wholesale account?
WhatsApp or email us your business name, area, estimated monthly volumes and product list. We’ll confirm reseller pricing and MOQs where applicable.
Do you offer white-label or custom orders?
Selected items can be supplied in bulk for contract/house brands depending on volume. Chat to us about your requirements.
